We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors such as peak periods or public holidays. Bahajar & Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

All original packaging and tags are intact

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@bahajarandco.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting hello@bahajarandco.com and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
